* All rides are billed to the customer’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made.We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, Diner’s & JCB . We also accept Traveler personal and Business checks (Terms Apply).Your credit card will be charged under Five Star Limousine Service.
* For Limo & Sedan service 18% gratuity & service charges will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare that will be added and itemized on the customer’s billing statement. The following additional charges will be added on the customer’s billing statement when applicable two way tolls, airport fees ,snow charges (when applicable) Applicable taxes will be charged as required. All published rates are subject to change any time without any notice. All rates are calculated U.S. dollars .
Waiting Time & Stop Time
* 25 minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic & International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate. 18% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional.
* For all other reservations including private flights, 20 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
*Five Star Limousine Service LLC does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
* Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged $20.00 per stop for maximum of 15 minutes, and changes will revert to Five Star Limousine SERVICES LLC hourly rate after 15 minutes.
* Cancellation must be received at least two ( 2 ) hours prior to pick up time. The full airport transfer rate will be charged if no cancellation notice is received with more than two hours notice prior to pick up time.
* Other services will be charged at their minimum usage time if no cancellation notice is received with more than two (2) hours notice.
* Prepaid trips must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to pick up time for full refund. Any schedule changes must also be made at that time.Wedding charters must be canceled one month in advance.
* A 15% surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time, will be added to your bill on the following holidays.
1) New Year’s Day
2) Memorial Day
3) 4th of July
4) Labor Day
5) Thanksgiving Day
6) Christmas Day
7) Easter Sunday
* Customer shall pay for all damage caused by authorized customer or anyone of customer’s party during the rental period of the Limousine,Sedan, Suv’s Taxi Cab & Taxi Van that includes but not limited to spills, broken glasses, carpet or floor damage, smoking/cigarette burns and damges of the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
Lost /Found /Others
* Five Star Limo SERVICES LLC We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will make all possible attempts to retrieve items.
* Five Star Limo SERVICES LLC Service shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
* Five Star Limo SERVICES LLC assumes no responsibility for damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
