* Parking and Waiting Time is $15.00 every 30 minutes.
* Early Morning and Late Night pick up before 5:00 AM & after 10:00 PM will have a Service charge of 10%.
* Customer pays round trip Toll cost.
* Snow Charge is $20.00 (If apply).

Q. When my credit card will be charged ?

A. Five Star Limousine Transportation does not charge the card in advance.We pick you up and drop you off at your destination. At that time it’s your choice to pay by cash/ credit.If you pay with credit card we require card imprint, cardholder presence to sign for service and picture ID.

Q. What is the Cancellation policy ?

A. Rides cancelled before 2 hours of pick-up time will not be charged.If a cancellation occurs less then 2 hours before pick-up time then they will be charged 100%.

Q.If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requiremients ?

A. All cancellations must be made before 2 hours of pick-up time. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation before 2 hours of service time.

* Phone Cancellation 2 hours before service .
* Cancellations by phone is available 24/7.

Q.Do you have a Guarantee of Service ?

A. After you have received your Confirmation Number your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you.Reservation must be made at least 12 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.
